New Directions is an NDIS Registered Provider based in Wagga Wagga NSW providing
services across the Murrumbidgee Local Health District. Our staff are local and have strong
connections with the community and services in the area. We are committed to providing quality
services to people with a disability and their families. At New Directions we believe strongly in
the principal goal of the NDIS scheme by ensuring our participants maintain “Choice and
Control” over their services and supports.
Accomodation
Supported Independent Living (SIL) is help with and/or
supervising of daily tasks in a shared living environment, with a focus on developing skills of
each individual to live as independently as possible. SIL services can be provided in a number of
different models. To provide SIL services a service provider must be a Registered and
Accredited provider with the National Disability Insurance Agency. New Directions is an NDIS
Registered SIL provider.

Our Behaviour Support Practitioners are dedicated
professionals who are passionate about supporting individuals, their families and their service
providers to manage challenging behaviours and improve people’s quality of life. Behaviour
Support is funded in the Capacity Building Improved Relationships budget in the NDIS plan.

Our experienced Support Coordinators provide their
extensive knowledge and support to participants to help them understand their NDIS plans,
guide them through the complex range of services and ensure their NDIS Plans are
implemented to the fullest with the best outcomes possible.

your choice truly matters! We work with all our clients and families to come up with a service
that fits your needs specifically. If it does not work for you, we will happily support you to where

PLAN
MANAGEMENT
Plan Management allows the participant greater flexibility
when it comes to accessing service providers. Plan Managers will help to manage your NDIS
budget and make payments to your service providers after services have been delivered.
PlanManagement is funded in the Capacity Building Improved Life Choices Budget in the NDIS plan.
